Judiciary

The Judiciary of Mcarthia is composed of five courts, while under the international jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of the Grand Unified Micronational. The Judiciary is led by the Supreme Justice.

The judiciary hears criminal and civil cases, cases in rem, and issues declarations of incompatibility. It is supported by the Mcarthian Police Service, the National Investigations Bureau, and the Mcarthian Intelligence Service.

The judiciary is established pursuant to the Constitution, the General Judicial Act of 2017, the First Supplementary Judicial Act of 2017, and the Police and Intelligence Act of 2017.
