Government

The Mcarthian Head of State is the President, who rules for life. The President has the power to issue Presidential Orders, a form of delegated legislation.

The Parliament of Mcarthia, presided over by the President, takes control of legislative responsibilities. MPs are elected by the People of Mcarthia, and MPs elect from themselves a First Minister. The First Minister appoints their Cabinet, which in turn controls governmental departments and agencies, which in turn are supported by the Civil Service of Mcarthia.

The Judiciary is led by a Supreme Justice, appointed by the President, and consists of a number of other Justices.
